Brendan's best friend Gus is exactly two weeks younger than Brendan.  So, two weeks after they played at Brendan's party, they got to party it up again at Gus' birthday party!  Gus had an Elmo theme for his party, and it was at a farm so they got to run around outside afterwards.

February

Birthday month!  Brendan turns two on the 20th.  He loves construction trucks, so his party this year had a construction them and all his little friends came.  There were lots of construction themes games and they played with all his toys.  A good time was had by all!

The play group we belong to has set up a preschool co-op in which we began participating.  Brendan gets to see friends we already knew, make new friends, and learn a little something. 

The next photos were taken at a party for Brendan's friend diesel at JumpZone in Bentonville.  What fun!

I'm not going to lie.  It's 2019 and I'm just now getting around to publishing pictures from Brendan's first few years.  I had grand plans of scrapbooking them, but since he's about to turn eleven, I figure it's time to give up on my grand dreams and get them in a book!  And I must admit, it is a lot of fun reminiscing about this little two year old.  Such a cutie!!

We have a friend with a little girl named Lola who is close to Brendan's age.  They are remodeling their home, so she asked Brendan and me to come over for a few hours each day to watch Lola while her parents work on the house.  Brendan enjoyed having a playmate for several days.

We got some snow this year in Fayetteville.  This is at our house on Pin Oak Road in Wedington.  What fun for a kid!
