Camp War Eagle

The kids always have a blast each year at Camp War Eagle.  This year was no different; we brought home two tired but happy children!

Emily's birthday

For her birthday, Emily wanted to have a "fashion" party.  So that is what we did.  Happy birthday, Emily!

 

Montana Trip

This year, we flew to Montana.  The kids were so excited to fly on a big airplane!

 

Grandma had bicycles waiting for us to use.  Emily got to ride a much larger bike than her bike at home.  She felt so grown up.

Our first hike was to nearby gorgeous Kootenai Creek

Steve and Brendan entered a disc golf tournament in Missoula.  They got to see one of the best disc golfers in the world throw a hole in one!

We played disc golf as a family at Spiritwood in Victor, MT; one of the most beautiful courses we've played on

Lisa Seelye came to visit and we all did a hike at Bear Creek

The next day we made the short trip to Lee Metcalf National Wildlife Refuge

During our stay we drove up north to Lolo school playground, the Missoula carousel, Big Dipper Ice Cream, and the "M" on Mt. Sentinel
